For more than three decades, I have built my career around one objective: helping complex industrial projects move safely, efficiently and successfully from planning to execution.
Today, through Offshore Industrie, I provide engineering support, work preparation, marine coordination, construction support and project consulting for offshore and nearshore developments across Europe, with a particular focus on Offshore Wind Farms, marine infrastructure, heavy lifting operations and LNG terminal construction.
Throughout my career I have had the privilege of supporting some of Europe's most important offshore wind developments, working alongside leading developers, EPC contractors, marine contractors and logistics organisations.

My experience includes projects such as Kaskasi for RWE, He Dreiht for EnBW, Gode Wind 1, 2 and 3 for Ørsted, Borkum Riffgrund developments, Baltic Eagle and Windanker for Iberdrola, together with numerous marine logistics, port coordination and offshore support operations delivered in collaboration with companies including SeaRenergy, Buss Terminal Eemshaven and several of Europe's leading offshore contractors.

Today I am part of the team delivering one of Germany's most strategic energy infrastructure developments: the Brunsbüttel LNG Terminal, where I work with the joint venture between Ballast Nedam and Hakkers as Project Engineer and Work Preparator, supporting the Steel Team while providing engineering and technical support to Project Management during the delivery of this nationally significant LNG import terminal.

Over the years I have worked in a wide variety of roles including Project Engineer, Site Coordinator, Marine Coordinator, Marshalling Harbour Specialist, Work Preparator, Construction Support Engineer and Client Representative. This broad operational background allows me to understand projects from every perspective, from engineering offices and planning meetings to construction sites, ports and offshore operations.

My approach has always been practical. Engineering only creates value when it can be successfully delivered in the field.
Long before my career in offshore engineering, aviation shaped the professional principles that continue to guide my work today.
As a professional pilot, industrial UAS specialist and instructor, I developed operational procedures, CONOPS documentation and advanced flight operations for complex industrial environments. I also founded a German flight academy recognised by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (LBA), training professional UAS operators in accordance with European aviation requirements while integrating internationally recognised operational standards.

That aviation background fundamentally changed the way I approach engineering. Risk assessment, operational planning, human factors, decision-making under pressure and disciplined execution became the foundations of everything I do today.

Alongside engineering, I am also a professional industrial photographer and developer of interactive technical training tools. By combining engineering knowledge with visual communication, I help organisations improve safety awareness, operational understanding and workforce training through realistic, project-specific learning material.
I believe that successful projects are never the result of engineering alone.

They are delivered by people who understand operations, communicate effectively, anticipate problems before they occur and remain focused on practical solutions from the first planning meeting to final handover.
